Dave and Ben arrived early.. Dave had been to us before so we knew that the quality of the work would be excellent. By lunchtime the carpet was fitted and furniture back in place. Herefordshire Samaritans have just completed a long overdue internal refurbishment of our branch in Berrington Street and engaged Cathedral Carpets to replace the carpeting throughout. I can’t thank Dave and Charlotte enough. They have gone above and beyond to make all my visions come together! We’ve had 3 bedrooms and stairs runner in carpets and large living room and hall way of LVT.Charlotte was so helpful looking at colours with me, matching things up. They were patient whilst I made my decisions and were amazing at meeting our time scales on our Reno to fit in with all other trades.Dave also communicated with our door fitter to ensure the levelling was correct so he could provide a top class job.It’s perfect we couldn’t be happier.High recommend Cathedral Carpets 🙂

I could not recommend this place more.Despite only having one room carpeted, Charlotte and Dave always treated us as though we were spending a fortune. I popped in several times to look at options, and on more than one occasion took away a few samples to see how they would look in my home. Charlotte and Dave were both very informative, and I come away knowing more about carpet than I ever thought I would. Likewise, Ben, the fitter was just as kind and friendly. Will definitely be using again.
Charlotte, Dave and Josh were fantastic in sorting out a carpet for me after a Lilly pollen incident in my front room.They were out to my house within 24 hours of making the enquiry and could tell me what brand and shade of carpet I needed to replace with by just looking at it.It was all fitted within a time frame that suited myself and so stress free in an unexpected situation.I couldn’t recommend their professional and kind nature throughout.
