This is the second time we have used Cathedral carpets and again they have been brilliant, from giving us options on a landing and stair carpet to a quality finished fitting from David and Ben. We would not go anywhere else. They even made a hallway mat for us from the left over carpet which is great. Many thanks.

What a brilliant company! Charlotte was super organised, informative & helpful in the showroom. Dave & Ben did a fantastic job of installing our Sisal runner & flooring. The attention to detail & care is just outstanding. Super friendly service & would recommend to anyone.

Dave, Joss and Ben were here fitting carpets this week during a ferocious heatwave with record breaking temperatures. We were very impressed that they even turned up! From the moment we walked into their shop and spoke to Charlotte, we though these people know what they are doing. Dave came and measured up five rooms and provided a very detailed quote, in stark contrast to other suppliers who just texted a figure.
When it came to fitting, Dave had a plan, it was all thought out and very precise. They moved heavy furniture, including a piano with easy. If you want an outstanding job doing, don't go anywhere else.

We visited Cathedral Carpets to buy a new carpet for our lounge based solely on the Google reviews online as we are new to the area, and they were spot on. The service from the moment you enter the shop is exceptional from Charlotte, Dave and the team and has been from that moment right through to fitting They stock a great choice of carpets and will happily explain the types available based on your budget. We have underfloor heating so they outlined what requirements we’d need for any underlay and carpet to ensure they didn’t affect the warmth of the room. Measuring was straightforward as was the ordering process. When the carpet arrived with them they checked it over and identified that it had fault lines so they liaised with the company to get a replacement sent and kept us so well informed throughout. I know from past experience that many companies would just have come and fitted it and then argued about it later but thankfully that’s not how Charlotte and Dave operate. They offered the option for us to choose another carpet instead to avoid delays but we decided to wait as we felt the colour was perfect for our needs. Our new underlay and carpet was laid today, by one of their great fitters, who’s done a brilliant job and we are extremely glad we chose Cathedral Carpets and will 100% be using them when we need any carpets in the future.

Wonderful experience from choosing in the showroom (lots of advice and loads of samples) to measuring up and suggestions for improvement/alternatives to the final fitting. Delivery of the carpet was delayed, but we were kept informed at every stage - communication is excellent. Can't recommend Cathedral Carpets highly enough, we are delighted! Special thanks to Charlotte for all the help at the beginning and to Ben, Dave and Josh for the master craftsman fitting.

We can't recommend Cathedral carpets highly enough! Extremely professional at all stages - Charlotte was super helpful in helping us to find the right carpet for our bedroom and Dave and Josh did such a professional and efficient job in fitting the carpet, adjusting doors etc, and also producing a couple of great looking rugs for us out of carpet cut offs. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Cathedral carpets again or in recommending them to others. Thanks again, Charlotte, Dave and Josh for a perfect job!
