Dave and Charlotte are a very knowledgeable and friendly couple who run this family business. They ran us through the advantages and disadvantages of different types of carpet in their huge stock to help us make our choice. We took samples home to see them in situ, and Dave helpfully brought extra samples on his initial visit to measure up, and when we mentioned a problem with the fitting of another carpet by a different company he was quick to offer to solve the problem. The appointment for fitting was arranged to fit in with our timetable. Some parking is available behind the shop. Overall a very positive experience. We will be using Cathedral Carpets again, and I think that's the best recommendation you can get!
An excellent all round experience with Cathedral Carpets. I chose it because they sell a specific make of carpet but would not hesitate to use them again. They were also very patient when I needed to delay fitting (twice). The carpet fitter also did an excellent job.

Dave and Ben arrived early.. Dave had been to us before so we knew that the quality of the work would be excellent. By lunchtime the carpet was fitted and furniture back in place.
